Notice of the Demising of CF OMG Network-Dollar Settlement Price and Spot Rate and Implementation Date
The Administrator announces that it will demise the CF OMG Network-Dollar Settlement Price and CF OMG Network-Dollar Spot Rate, members of the CF Cryptocurrency Index Family.
Rationale
In line with the Administrator’s methodology rules, indices for any given Relevant Pair shall require input data from no less than two (2) Constituent Exchanges.
As of May 12th, 2023 input data for the CF OMG Network-Dollar Settlement Price and CF OMG Network-Dollar Spot Rate are only available from a single Constituent Exchange, Kraken. Thus the CF OMG Network-Dollar Settlement Price and CF OMG Network-Dollar Spot Rate no longer conform with the CF Settlement Price Methodology and CF Spot Rate Methodology rules.
Implementation Date
Accordingly, the Administrator will demise both benchmarks at 1030 London Time on May 23rd, 2023. This means the CF OMG Network-Dollar Settlement Price published on May 22nd, 2023 will be the final value of this benchmark. The final value of the CF OMG Network-Dollar Spot Rate will be published at approximately 1030 London Time on May 23rd, 2023.
