The Administrator announces a consultation on proposed changes to the CF Rarible-Dollar Settlement Price (RARIUSD_RR) calculation methodology.
The CF Rarible-Dollar Settlement Price is currently calculated in accordance with the CF Settlement Price Methodology utilising the parameters below:
| Parameter | Parameter Values |
|---|---|
| Observation Window | 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm London Time |
| TWAP Period Length (đ) | 60 minutes |
| Partition Length (đĚ) | 5 minutes |
| Number of Partitions (đž) | 12 |
The Administrator has observed that Rarible-Dollar trading volumes and liquidity have deteriorated in recent months. In the interests of maintaining the representativeness and replicability of the CF Rarible-Dollar Settlement Price, the Administrator proposes the amended RARIUSD_RR calculation parameters below:
| Parameter | Proposed New Parameter Values |
|---|---|
| Observation Window | 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm London Time |
| TWAP Period Length (đ) | 90 minutes |
| Partition Length (đĚ) | 10 minutes |
| Number of Partitions (đž) | 9 |
Implementation Timeline
The Administrator proposes to implement the proposed changes to the CF Rarible-Dollar Settlement Price at approximately 11:00 London Time on October 10th, 2023. The Settlement Price for October 10th and for all subsequent dates would then be calculated in accordance with the new Settlement Price Parameters.

The market posted its strongest week of 2026 at +7.1%. However, factor breadth was notably thin. Size was the only non-market factor to finish positive at +1.3%, while growth and value lagged, suggesting the rally was driven by directional flows rather than fundamentals.
