The Administrator hereby announces the temporary suspension of Crypto.com as a CF Constituent Exchange for the following benchmarks:
Background
Prior to this change, the CF Constituent Exchanges for the affected benchmarks were:
Following the rebranding of the asset from TON to GRAM, Crypto.com amended the name and ticker of its relevant market. Kraken, Coinbase and Bitstamp continue to list the asset using the TON ticker.
The change made by Crypto.com relates solely to the asset’s name and ticker. There has been no token conversion or change to the underlying asset. However, the Administrator cannot simultaneously incorporate both TON-USD and GRAM-USD markets into benchmarks that are intended to measure a single Relevant Pair.
As a result, the Crypto.com market is no longer recognised as an eligible input market for TONUSD_RR and TONUSD_RTI and has not contributed input data to either benchmark since August 24th, 2026.
Temporary Suspension
The Administrator will temporarily suspend Crypto.com as a CF Constituent Exchange for TONUSD_RR and TONUSD_RTI until additional CF Constituent Exchanges consistently apply the rebrand of the asset from TON to GRAM.
Following the suspension, the benchmarks will continue to be calculated using input data from the following three CF Constituent Exchanges, each of which continues to support a TON-USD market:
Crypto.com is currently the only CF Constituent Exchange supporting a GRAM-USD market. The Administrator has therefore determined that it would not be appropriate to migrate the affected benchmarks to GRAM-USD at this time.
Implementation Date
The temporary suspension of Crypto.com will be implemented at approximately 11:00 London Time on September 21st, 2026.
Ongoing Review
The Administrator will continue to monitor the naming and ticker conventions adopted by the remaining three CF Constituent Exchanges. Should additional CF Constituent Exchanges adopt the GRAM ticker, the Administrator will implement a full migration from TON-USD to GRAM-USD.
The CF Cryptocurrency Index Family Oversight Function has reviewed the temporary suspension of Crypto.com.

Published thresholds, applied to observed trading, decide whether a new coin earns an index of its own or counts as a distribution in multi-asset indices. The eCash (ECX) fork around 31 October is a live test of both.

Further to the announcement of August 28th, 2026, the Administrator announces that the postponed Q3 2026 Reconstitution and Rebalance of the CF Institutional Digital Asset Index (IDAX) will not be implemented. The Q3 2026 Reconstitution and Rebalance is therefore suspended.
