Digital assets rallied in unison as Treasury buybacks revived the debasement trade. Broad ETF demand and short covering amplified the move, while policy news mattered most for regulatory-sensitive corners of the market. Implied volatility lagged the repricing.

The market rebounded +16.2% after six consecutive weekly declines, but participation stayed uneven. Liquidity led the non-market factors at +2.2%, while Downside Beta fell -2.2% and Size lost -1.5%, favoring higher-risk and larger-cap exposure over a clean broadening of the rally.

Two new indices offer complementary views of the crypto market. The Crypto Market Index defines broad, liquid-market exposure, including Bitcoin and Ether, while the Emerging Crypto Index measures eligible market leaders beyond them under a shared institutional eligibility framework.
