The Administrator announces that it will demise the CF Dai-Dollar Settlement Price (DAIUSD_RR) and CF Dai-Dollar Spot Rate (DAIUSD_RTI) which are members of the CF Digital Asset Index Family.
Rationale
To date, input data for the CF Dai-Dollar Settlement Price and CF Dai-Dollar Spot Rate has been available from three CF Constituent Exchanges: Coinbase; Kraken and Gemini. However, trading volumes in the DAI-USD markets across these constituent exchanges have continued to decline and no longer meet the minimum liquidity requirements necessary to calculate these benchmarks reliably.
Implementation Date
Accordingly, the Administrator will demise both benchmarks at around 11:00 London Time on July 27th, 2026.
This means the CF Dai-Dollar Settlement Price published on May 26th, 2026, will be the final value of this benchmark. The final value of the CF Dai-Dollar Spot Rate will be published at approximately 11:00 London Time on July 27th, 2026.
The CF Cryptocurrency Index Family Oversight Function has reviewed this demising process.

Factor Friday: beta faded, with the Market down -0.81%, while capital reached down the risk curve. Liquidity led at +1.36% and Size followed at +1.07%, both sign-inverted, and Downside Beta anchored the field at -2.69%. All three point risk-seeking, and selection set returns, not direction.

The CF Free-Float Broad Cap Index rose 4.44% in July as Bitcoin and Ether supplied 5.07 points of a 4.44% return. Softer inflation and new Ethereum exchange-traded product access carried the large-capitalization core, while 18 of 32 constituents fell and free-float weighting produced the gain.
