The Administrator announces that it will demise the CF Loopring-Dollar Settlement Price (LRCUSD_RR) and CF Loopring-Dollar Spot Rate (LRCUSD_RTI) and CF TrueFi-Dollar Spot Rate (TRUUSD_RTI) which are members of the CF Digital Asset Index Family.
Rationale
Trading volumes in the LRC-USD and TRU-USD markets across constituent exchanges have continued to decline and no longer meet the minimum liquidity requirements necessary to calculate these benchmarks reliably with only one CF Constituent Exchange providing input data for of the affected indices.
Implementation Date
Accordingly, the Administrator will demise proposed benchmarks at around 11:00 London Time on September 21st, 2026.
This means the CF Loopring-Dollar Settlement Price published on September 20th, 2026, will be the final value of this benchmark. The final value of the CF Loopring-Dollar Spot Rate and CF TrueFi-Dollar Spot Rate will be published at approximately 11:00 London Time on September 21st, 2026.
The CF Cryptocurrency Index Family Oversight Function has reviewed this demising process.

Digital assets traded flat over the week as softer US data failed to lift the majors against firm long-end yields. Breadth was weak and leadership narrow: gaming and virtual-world tokens and a few interoperability names carried returns, implied volatility held steady, funding costs eased.

Size led the factor table at 8.86% as the Market finished flat, with Downside Beta and Liquidity next and Momentum last. Much of the move traces to Quant (QNT), up 200% on the week, so the rotation is narrower than the rankings suggest.

Digital assets rallied in September despite the Fed's first rate hike since 2023 and a failed Senate vote on the CLARITY Act. All eight CF Benchmarks indices rose, led by DeFi at 31.8%, as smaller caps outpaced the majors and fund inflows slowed to $3.8 billion, down 35.3% from August.
