Amendment of the Potentially Erroneous Data Parameter for Certain CF Digital Asset Index Family Benchmarks

The Administrator announces the amendment of the Potentially Erroneous Data Parameter for the following indices:

· CF Ape Coin-Dollar Settlement Price (APEUSD_RR)
· CF Ape Coin-Dollar Spot Rate (APEUSD_RTI)
· CF Shiba Inu-Dollar Settlement Price (SHIBUSD_RR)
· CF Shiba Inu-Dollar US Settlement Price (SHIBUSD_NY)
· CF Shiba Inu-Dollar Spot Rate (SHIBUSD_RTI)
· CF Ethereum Classic-Dollar Settlement Price (ETCUSD_RR)
· CF Ethereum Classic-Dollar Spot Rate (ETCUSD_RTI)

At approximately 11:00 London Time, on August 17th, 2026, the Potentially Erroneous Data Parameter for the above indices will be amended from 25% to 10%.
