The CME CF Bitcoin-Euro Reference Rate (BTCEUR_RR) is a once a day benchmark index price for Bitcoin that aggregates trade data from multiple Bitcoin-EUR markets operated by major cryptocurrency exchanges that conform to CF Benchmarks rigorous requirements. Calculated every day since its launch on 6th June 2022, it is the most trusted source for Bitcoin pricing denominated in Euros and the pre-eminent benchmark for Bitcoin risk settlement in Euros being a Registered Benchmark under UK BMR.

Usage & Licensing

The CME CF Bitcoin-Euro Reference Rate (BTCEUR_RR) is an investible price benchmark with design features that promote replicability, manipulation resistance and index integrity. Its calculation is to the highest regulatory standards and is regulated by the UK FCA under UK BMR.
